After several months of legal process, the court has ruled on the case between FG Vs ASUU concerning the withheld salary that was meant to be paid wehn ASUU embarked on an industrial action last year.



The court rules that ASUU members who participated in the strike of 14th Feb. 2022 till when it was called off are not entitled to salaries.

The National Industrial Court held that it is legal not to pay salaries to striking members of during the period the strike lasted.
