Rising singer Charles Chibueze Chukwu, known professionally as Crayon, recently revealed his father’s reaction during a visit to his new house.

Crayon claimed his father refused to sit down for the first 30 minutes when he entered his new house on Sunday, July 9.

The Ijo Labalaba crooner said his father refused to sit down as he stared around because he couldn’t believe his eyes.

In a series of tweets on his official handle, the singer explained that his father found it difficult to believe because he recalled how they lived in a one-room apartment with 13 people in Orile, Lagos State.

He tweeted: “On Sunday, my parents came to my new crib for the first time, and my dad couldn’t sit for 30 minutes straight! Baba didn’t believe his eyes! My papa dey fo kpe! How?
“From 1 room face me, I face you with 13 people for Orile to this house; God is too kind. “Trench To Triumph” Fr Fr
Omo, that was how my mother began to remind me of so many things: the hardship, the struggles, the pain, and the water that ran away from my eyes.
“I swear God is God. I swear, anybody fit enough to make me Don’t underrate anybody.”
