Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has praised Napoli as being the best team in Napoli.

Guardiola was speaking after his squad destroyed RB Leipzig 7-0 on Tuesday night to advance to the Champions League quarterfinals.

With an 8-1 overall score, City advanced and could play Napoli in the competition's semifinals.

Guardiola singled out the Serie A front-runners for praise prior to the draw on Friday.

“Napoli is maybe the best team in Europe this year, in terms of playing style, close to Arsenal,” he said.

City is still in the running for a treble because they are five points behind Arsenal in the Premier League and in the FA Cup quarterfinals.
