Fabinho, a Liverpool midfielder, will miss Saturday's FA Cup final against Chelsea.
Fabinho was taken off with a hamstring injury during their 2-1 Premier League victory over Aston Villa on Tuesday.
Jurgen Klopp, the Reds' manager, has announced that the Brazilian will miss the encounter this weekend.
The midfielder might potentially miss their final two Premier League games, against Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Klopp is optimistic that Fabinho will be available for the Champions League final against Real Madrid in Paris.
“There’s a good chance that he will be available.
“Having him or not having him is a difference but it is all fine. That’s normal stuff that happens.
“It’s never in a position where you have 12 options, it’s always in a position where you [don’t]. We have a few players,” Klopp said
