The whole of Spain and Barcelona stood still to honour the departure of Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta 8.

The legend started and ended his career at Barcelona, he picked up his footballing career at Barcelona academy called "LA Masia", with other notable Barcelona stars like Xavi, Puyol, Pedro, Fabregas amongst others. Iniesta played 16 seasons in the FC Barcelona first team, winning 31 major trophies with the "Cules".

He was honoured in the last Barcelona game of the season against Real Socieadad on Sunday night. Iniesta played remarkably with honour for 63mins, before making a way for Paco Alcacer. He left the stadium with a standing ovation from the fans. Barcelona won the game with a lone goal, courtesy of Philippe Coutinho, for Barcelona to round off their season with just a game loss.

The whole camp Nou was turned on with colorful lights and music to honour the legend and also the presentation of the double trophy won by Barcelona, the Copa Del Rey and LA Liga.
