Serie A: Napoli to provide update on Osimhen’s injury Friday
Napoli has revealed that Victor Osimhen underwent treatment at the club’s training center in Castel Volturno today.
Osimhen returned from international duty last week with a muscle injury and missed the Partenopei’s 4-0 defeat to AC Milan at the weekend.
The 24-year-old will also miss Friday’s away trip to see Leece at the Stadio Via Del Marte.
The striker remains a doubt for the first leg of Luciano Spalletti’s side’s UEFA Champions League quarter-final at the San Siro on April 12.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Friday will be a key date to know whether he will be able to face Milan.
Osimhen has scored 25 goals in 28 appearances across all competitions for Napoli this season.
