Manchester midfielder Jesse Lingard has said his goodbye to the club and their supporters as he departs Old Trafford.
The player, who has spent over two decades at his boyhood club, admits it has been an emotional few weeks as he comes to terms with leaving.
The 29-year-old’s contract expires this month and the England international is looking for a new permanent club for the first time since he was just seven years old.
He made 232 appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions and has a lot of people to thank, including the different managers that met him at the club, backroom staff, the cleaners, cooks, fellow players and every other person who, according to him, had made an impact on his life.
