Transfer: Tijani keen to shine at new club, Wolfsberger AC
Samson Tijani is looking forward to a successful spell at Austrian Bundesliga side, Wolfsberger AC.
His club, Red Bull Salzburg and Wolfsberger agreed to a loan deal on Wednesday.
The former Golden Eaglets captain will now spend the 2023/24 season with Wolfsberger.
Tijani missed the whole of last season with injury and only recently returned to full training.
The 21-year-old is delighted to link up with his new teammates.
“I am happy to have the opportunity to gain match practice at Wolfsberger AC next season and I would like to have a successful year with the team,” Tijani told the club’s official website.
